The Music Space record store size concert venue will welcome Porcupine to rock the venue like it has not been rocked before. Porcupine are a modern and legendary rock band all in one. Currently one of the hottest bands in Minnesota. A power trio, Porcupine organically forges its singular brand of Rock'n'Roll reminiscent of the late-90s alternative without compromise. Un-yielded by what's trendy, Casey Virock (guitars/vocals) with Greg Norton (bass and original member of Husker Du) and Ian Prince (powerhouse drummer and also member of Soul Asylum) simply rock and have catchy driving songs. They have recently released and have toured the US behind a great new record which has received great reviews and radio play and as a result, They recently have become a go-to modern band chosen to open national tours for several revived big name punk rock legends, such as Mudhoney, MC50, Flesheaters, Flipper and Bob Mould.
